New website launched by renowned patient feedback supplier

Renowned health and care feedback solution providers Formic Solutions has launched a new website. It has been created to enable Formic to  provide clear and concise information for users about its solutions and the benefits they can bring to healthcare organisations in terms of turning data into insight to inform quality and service improvement.

The new site, which uses an innovative interface that adapts to any modern web browsing device, makes it easy for readers to learn about the solutions that Formic has been offering NHS and other health and care customers for 25 years since its launch in 1991.

It features detailed information about its patient experienceFriends and Family Test and clinical audit services, and a page of downloads of brochures and case studies.

The website also introduces a set of comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which explain more about Formic’s fast and flexible service and support.

The new website is launched in the 25th anniversary of the company’s existence, and is the latest landmark for an organisation that has been helping NHS and other health and care customers capture, analyse and report on patient feedback since 1991.
